Recycled silver is precious silver that is not mined from the ground. It is no different in quality to sterling silver and it helps to reduce the mining activity associated with silver extraction. Pablo Luna Jewelry is committed to using only recycled silver for its products and to make jewelry a more sustainable business.

Bamboo is a natural material – meaning that changes in its composition, color and texture are likely to happen. However, it is important to keep your pieces away from water and abrasive products to preserve the integrity of your jewelry piece. Both gold-plated and recycled silver pieces should be kept away from harsh chemicals, perfumes, lotions, and hair products. Wipe your jewelry clean with a soft cloth before putting it away, and keep it in a cool, dry place when you are not wearing it.

SIZES

If you need a specific ring size, bracelet or necklace length that is not available on our site, please send an email to [email protected]. Our team will do their best to accommodate your request. There may be fees associated with custom sizing or resizing. 

ORDERS

To guarantee an excellent gold finishing, every silver piece is sent to gold-plate once the order is confirmed. In this way, we prevent unwanted damages on the piece and ensure the best quality possible.

If we do not currently have the item you desire in stock, you can send us an email to [email protected] and request it. Your order will be added to the queue to be fulfilled and shipped as soon as they are available. Typically, the piece will be ready to be shipped within 2 weeks of purchase unless noted otherwise.

Pablo Luna Jewelry orders are prepared and shipped with custom-designed bamboo boxes that are ideal for gifting and usable for personal jewelry safekeeping. The packaging is designed by our team and handcrafted by our bamboo expert artisans. If your purchase is meant as a gift, please let us know at checkout and we can add a personalized gift message.

Pablo Luna Jewelry pieces are under warranty for any manufacturing default for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, proving your jewelry was worn under normal circumstances, was not altered, accidentally broken or damaged, nor exposed to any chemicals or excessive moisture/water.

Pablo Luna Jewelry pieces are not refundable. As a small independent brand, we are not able to process returns, exchanges or refunds. In the unlikely event that your pieces are defective, we will be happy to offer you store credit for future purchases.  

All claims regarding defective goods must be made immediately and no later than 7 days after arrival of the goods. Contact us at [email protected]  for more information.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

We ship from Monday to Friday except on Indonesian holidays.

Pablo Luna Jewelry ships worldwide using UrShipper express shipping services. Usually, shipments will be delivered within 3-14 business days worldwide, depending on which destination country.

Depending on the total value of your order, it may be subject to import tax and duty. Pablo Luna Jewelry does not collect payment for any import taxes or duties, nor are they included in the product price or shipping cost. All charges associated with import tax and duties are solely the recipient’s responsibilities.
